default summons 〈英〉支付令状 郡法院为了迅速实现原告的债权或清偿要求的简易司法措施。该令状发出后14天内,被告若没有支付原告要求的金额或提出异议、承认或反诉,则法院会作出简易判决〔summary judgment〕。
