divestment n. 缩减 在财产法中，指某项权益在正常终结之前的缩减，包括完全丧失〔total divestment〕和部分缩减〔partial divestment〕两种情况，前者指土地权益的完全丧失，后者指因与他人分享而导致的部分缩减。该词也可用于指抽回投资〔disinvestment〕。
