livery of seisin (普通法)转让封地占有权(的仪式) 指让与人将封地或保有物转让给受让人的仪式。在1535年的《用益法》〔Statute of Uses〕颁布之前，非限嗣继承土地保有人转让其地产只能通过分封〔feoffment〕的方式，而具体操作则要经过封地占有移交之仪式。它包括两种：封地占有权事实上的转让〔livery in deed〕和封地占有权法律上的转让〔livery in law〕。 (→livery in deed；livery in law)
