Common Agriculture Policy

共同农业政策 欧洲经济共同体建立的一种制度，部分是为了在共同体内部引入和支持自由贸易，部分则是为了保护成员国内生产食品的农民的收入。保护的方法是不时地为每种商品确定一套价格，同时征收可变的进口税和给予出口补贴。其目的是把本国价格保持在接近期望价格〔target or desired price〕的范围内。如果欧共体某种商品的生产超过消费，管理当局就会买下剩余商品作库存或按补贴价格出口。
