Clerks of Records and Writs 〈英〉(衡平法院的)案卷和令状书记官 负责在起诉状〔bills of complaint〕、判决执行令〔writs of execution〕上盖印，将宣誓陈述书〔affidavits〕归档，保存诉讼卷宗并核实诉状和宣誓陈述书。该职位为1879年《司法组织法》〔Judicature Act〕的「最高法院的主管法官」〔Masters of the Supreme Court〕一章所废止。
