forum non conveniens 〈拉〉不方便审理的法院 如法院认为案件由另一法院审理对双方当事人更为方便且更能达到公正的目的，可不予受理。法院在作出这项决定时，必须综合考虑：取得证据的方便程度、减少证人到庭的困难和费用、勘验现场的可行性以及其他各种使审判方便、快捷、节约的实际问题。此外，要有至少两个法院对案件有管辖权，即原告可任择其一起诉时，法院才能行使这项裁量权。 (→change of venue; forum conveniens)
