joint administration 联合管理破产财产 对于两项或两项以上的破产财产，通常涉及多个债务人，于此场合合并在一个案件中联合办理各种管理事项，包括通知各债权人，以便更有效率地结案。如果在系属中的两个或两个以上案件牵涉一对夫妻，合伙和至少一个合伙人，两个或两个以上的商业合伙人，或一项商业和一个分支机构，此时破产法院可宣告联合管理破产财产。其目的是提高办理两个案件的行政效率，但不应影响债权人的实质权利。亦称procedural consolidation。
