per capita 〈拉〉按人头；按人数 指在同一类的各个个体之间平均分配。通常用于遗产分配，即在被继承人未立遗嘱时，按照处在同等地位的继承人的人数平均分配遗产，而不涉及代位继承。例如，被继承人有子女甲、乙两人，甲有子女两人，乙有子女三人，若甲、乙均先于被继承人死亡，则甲、乙的子女每人各得遗产的1/5。此语有时用来表明股东大会上，每名股东不问持股多少均享有一个表决权。 (→per stirpes)
