postglossators 后注释法学派 13世纪中叶至15世纪,继注释法学派〔glossators〕之后兴起的又一支研究罗马法的法学流派。与注释法学派不同的是,这一学派试图把罗马法的原则与当时的封建法、日耳曼习惯法、教会法、城市制定的法规等其他法规联系起来,赋予罗马法以新的、更适应司法实践的内容,为罗马法在欧洲的继续奠定了基础。其代表人物有皮斯托亚的奇诺〔Cino of Pistoia〕、萨索费拉托的巴尔托鲁〔Bartolus of Sassoferrato〕等。
