school attendance committee 〈英〉学生就学委员会 依1876年《初等教育法》〔Elementary Education Act〕为负责强制在学校委员会〔school board〕管辖区以外地区的在校学生出勤而成立的机构。1902年《教育法》〔Education Act〕颁布后，其职权、职责转归地方教育当局〔local education authority〕。目前，学生就学根据1944年《教育法》〔Education Act〕实施。
