Temporary Emergency Court of Appeals 〈美〉临时紧急上诉法庭 根据1971年《经济稳定法修正案》〔Economic Stabilization Act Amendments〕设立的联邦特别法庭，由首席大法官任命的8名地区法院和巡回法院法官组成，对联邦地区法院作出的有关价格和其他经济管制〔economic controls〕问题的判决的上诉有专属管辖权。虽名为「临时」的法庭，但直至20世纪末仍然存在。
