tenancy in common (1)普通共有；混合共有 类似于共同保有〔joint tenancy〕,区别是普通共有人之间彼此不享有生存者财产权〔right of survivorship〕，如甲和乙共同出资以普通共有方式购得某一地产，每人支付一半的价金，那么在乙死后，他的一半权益归他的继承人而非甲。 (2)共同占有；混合共有 指共同占有某一财产但却对该财产享有不同和独立权益的情况，其要件是每一成员对该财产均有占有权，并基于此可以使用收益，行使其它相关权利。
