blasphemy n. 渎神罪 源于宗教的一种犯罪，指以口头或书面的方式嘲弄、蔑视、恶意指责基督教的上帝、耶稣、教义或《圣经》，伤害信徒对神的信仰和爱戴，煽动对教会的仇视和背叛，引发不道德行为。该罪行可能动摇整个社会结构，因此也可依普通法对之起诉。这种罪行仅限于基督教和英格兰国教会，而不涉及其他宗教，但现在已很少存在。
