Foreign Enlistment Act， 1870 〈英〉《外国征募法》 该法规定，在与英国和平相处的国家与第三国发生战争时，任何英国臣民未经国王特许，受雇于或任职于该第三国的海陆军队、建造或装备为该第三国服务的船只、帮助其增强军事和战争力量，均构成犯罪，应处以罚金及监禁。但在1819年之前此类事项并非违法。
