know-how n. 专有技术;技术诀窍 指可以完成某一特定任务或运用某一产品或方法的信息,通常是指那些使其拥有者可以完成指定任务的特定种类的技术信息。它不是严格意义上的法律术语,但通常作为商业秘密〔trade secret〕的同义语出现。广而言之,它包括公有领域以外有价值的知识体系,故有的专有技术可以作为商业秘密进行保护,有的则不能。
