《教会法法典》 指对罗马天主教会〔Roman Catholic Church〕法规修订后编纂的现代法典。1904年开始，1917年颁布，1918年生效。法典共分5卷，2414条。该法典只适用于拉丁基督教会〔Latin Catholics〕，东正教会〔Oriental Catholic Church〕有自己的法典。凡与该法典内容相左之旧教会法规，自该法典生效后一概废除。
