cassetur breve 〈拉〉撤销诉讼 对以令状〔writ〕开始的诉讼，在被告提出充分的妨诉答辩〔plea in abatement〕后，原告无法否认或反驳，又不愿修改其起诉时，须在案卷中登记撤销该令状，以便以后能够重新起诉。在这种情况下，原告应发出终止诉讼〔discontinuance〕的通知。
