Act of Assembly 〈苏格兰〉(苏格兰长老会)全会法 指苏格兰长老会全会的立法，其权力基础部分来源于拟制，部分来源于制定法，后者主要是指由苏格兰国会1690年《信仰声明认可法》〔Confession of Faith Ratification Act〕和1707年《新教与长老会法》〔Protestant Religion and Presbyterian Church Act〕确认的1592年《苏格兰长老会全会法》〔General Assembly Act〕。这类立法是苏格兰长老会的基本法，但其通过之前首先要由教区长老会〔synod〕或教务评议会〔presbytery〕提出议案，并交给教内长老提出意见，然后交于下届大会讨论。提交三次后，若长老再无意见，则大会可不予搁置而使法案通过。除基本事项外，这些立法还涉及不必与长老协商之事项及教会法院的程序等。
