aid of the king 「吾王助我」, AID OF THE KING, 国王之援 aid of the king (英格兰古法)国王之援；「吾王助我」 当他人向国王的封臣征收地租时，后者可以请求国王之援以确定是否应当给付。从国王处保有可继承农地的城市或自治市在遭他人索要农地上之物品时，可请求国王之援，国王的相关官员会给予相应的援助，这时征收程序暂时中止，直到国王的建议被听取。但给付之后则不能再请求国王之援。
