blind trust blind trust, 盲目信托, 秘密信托 blind trust 〈美〉秘密信托；盲目信托 联邦法律中规定的一种信托形式，指财产被设立信托，而不向受益人提供任何有关信托管理的信息。由于受益人不能控制信托财产管理人，亦无其他信托执行人，因此受托人的行为不受任何限制。这种信托在州法律中还未作规定。它主要由高级政府官员在其任职期间为放弃对其私人财产的支配而采用。
