“[A]n alternative name for the beneficiary is ‘cestui que trust,’ an elliptical phrase meaning ‘he [for]= whose [benefit the] trust [was created].’ In this phrase cestui is pronounced ‘settee’ (with the accent on the first syllable), que is pronounced ‘kee,’ and trust as in English.
