de redisseisina (dee ree-dis-see-zin-[schwa]), n. [Law Latin “of redisseisin”] Hist. A writ for recovery of land or rent by a person who had previously recovered the land or rent by an assize of novel disseisin, but who was again disseised by the same disseisor. • This writ is similar to de post disseisina.
