死刑执行令 由法院或其他执行机关签发的载明对被判处死刑的罪犯执行死刑的时间、地点的令状。英国在制定1837年《中央刑事法院法》〔Central Criminal Court Act〕前，由老贝利法庭〔Old Bailey Sessions〕或中央刑事法院判处死刑的案件，需由君主亲笔签署死刑执行令状。1837年《中央刑事法院法》统一了中央刑事法院和拥有刑事管辖权的其他法院的做法，规定由中央刑事法院作出的死刑判决的执行不受君主个人的干涉。
