double voucher (英格兰古法)二次担保 在限嗣继承的阻却诉讼〔common recovery〕中，为使该拟制诉讼更安全，当事人往往在引进一般担保人〔common vouchee〕之后，又引进另外一个地产受让人，即传唤令状针对的被告〔tenant to the praecipe〕。这样诉讼中的权利请求人〔claimant〕就可针对引进的受让人提起诉讼，后者请求限嗣继承地产持有人〔tenant in tail〕出庭担保，而该持有人又请求引进的一般担保人出庭担保，这两个过程称为二次担保。如果只有一次担保，那么只能阻却限嗣继承地产持有人当时实际享有的地产权，他所享有的那些潜在的权利则很难受到影响。二次担保的程序使他的权利得到了完全的阻却，使这一拟制诉讼更为安全和彻底。 (→common recovery)
