〈美〉地租租赁 在马里兰州〔Maryland〕常用的法律用语，在其他州则罕用。其主要特征是：１可继承土地的所有人将土地出租给指定的承租人，租期99年；２支付少量续展费后，即可不限次数地续展租赁期限；３必须支付一定数额的租金，通常每半年支付一次；４如未在规定期限内支付租金，则出租人有权收回土地并解除租约。此外，承租人必须按约定缴纳整个地产的全部税款。
