indecent exposure 有伤风化的暴露 以一个理智人的标准，知道或应该知道该种行为会引起他人注意，却故意或轻率地在公共场合多次暴露自己或他人身体的隐密部分从而败坏社会风俗的行为。普通法以及美国大多数州的制定法都将其规定为可诉罪。美国《模范刑法典》〔Model Penal Code〕规定，男性在非其配偶的女性面前暴露生殖器以侮辱女性的行为属轻罪。
