nunquam indebitatus (n[schwa]n[g]-kwam in-deb-i-tay-t[schwa]s), n. [Latin “never indebted”] Hist. A defensive plea in a debt action, by which the defendant denies any indebtedness to the plaintiff. Cf. CONCESSIT SOLVERE.
