qualified title 〈英〉有限地产权;限制地产权 依照1925年《土地登记法》〔Land Registration Act〕的规定,有限地产权是指所登记的权利从属于其他的地产权利或权益,在特定期限内或依特定法律文书、或经土地登记册〔register〕特别指定而有效。与绝对财产权〔absolute title〕相区别。
