dation en paiement 〈法〉 (1)实物清偿；以物偿债 指债务人将非金钱财产转让给债权人，债权人予以接受从而清偿债务的一种程序。类似于普通法中的和解和清偿〔accord and satisfaction〕。见于美国路易斯安那州法律中。 (2)抵押物折价清偿 指当抵押之债超过抵押物价值时，将该抵押物转让与抵押权人，并由其接受从而清偿债务的一种抵押权实现方式。
