iron-safe clause 铁制保险箱条款 就库存货物、商品投保火灾险时，在火灾保险单中的一个条款，要求被保险人将其账簿和存货盘存报表等保存在铁制或其它防火的保险箱内，或者其它安全地方，使其免遭火灾的破坏，并应保险人的要求随时将其出示。如果被保险人或其僱员因故意或过失而未履行上述义务，则账簿或其它记录的损失责任由被保险人自负，保险单将导致无效。
