supervision order 〈英〉监督令 根据1961年和1967年的《刑事司法法》〔Criminal Justice Act〕，从拘留中心〔detention centre〕释放出来的任何人及年轻的短期刑囚犯〔short-term prisoner〕都要接受缓刑官〔probation officer〕的监督。根据1972年《刑事司法法》，对被宣告缓刑判决〔suspended sentence〕者，也可作出监督令对其监督。此外，根据1973年的《监护法》〔Guardianship Act〕，法院在对未成年人发出监护令时，也有权令该未成年人接受地方政府或缓刑官的监督。
