plenarty n. (英格兰古法) (1)圣职已被授予 指有俸圣职〔benefice〕处于已被授予〔instituted〕状态，不管其任职仪式〔induction〕是否合法。与其相反的是圣职出缺〔vacation or vacancy〕。 (2)教堂圣职已满 在「妨碍圣职推荐」〔quare impedit〕诉讼中，被告申辩教堂圣职已满，即已有一执事被推荐〔presented〕和被授予圣职〔instituted〕。但1285年以后法律规定不得以此作为申辩理由。
