特别否认答辩 普通法上当事人为解释或说明其否认的合理性而采取的一种答辩形式。它由两部分组成，第一部分，也称引言〔inducement〕，说明其肯定的事项；第二部分为否定部分，称作「absque hoc」，字面意思是「此外另有」，提出否定之主张。英国1852年废除了此种答辩。
