Pomerene Bills of Lading Act 〈美〉《波默林提单法》 即《联邦提单法》〔Federal Bills of Lading Act〕，亦称波默林法。是一项关于州际贸易中的提单的联邦法律，1916年通过，1917年1月1日生效。
