什一税法院

teind court 〈苏格兰〉什一税法院 作为苏格兰的教会农场〔Plantation of Kirks〕和什一税估价〔Valuation of Teinds〕委员会时，对最高民事法院〔Court of Session〕的通称。1925年后，其职权已大大削弱。
