palace court 〈英〉宫廷法院 根据詹姆斯一世〔James I〕颁发的特许状建立的法院，管辖王宫周围12英里以内的对人诉讼案件，但由宫廷侍臣法院〔Court of the Marshalsea〕、威斯敏斯特法院〔courts at Westminster〕管辖的案件以及在伦敦城〔City of London〕发生的案件除外。为1849年《郡法院法》〔County Courts Act〕所撤销。
