affiant n. 宣誓人；宣誓作证者；宣誓陈述人 １指制作并签署宣誓书〔affidavit〕的人。在这个意义上，有时也称作deponent；２指在控告书〔complaint〕上签字，证明有合理的根据相信某人实施了犯罪的人，也称作complainant。
