attractive nuisance doctrine 保护儿童免受危险物品伤害原则指在自己或他人的处所或公共场所置放会危及儿童的物品时，如果能合理预见到这些物品将诱使儿童来到该场所，则行为人应当尽到合理注意，保护儿童免受危害。例如，学校对所拥有的池塘就负有使儿童免受其害的义务。这一原则主要是用于保护四处乱摸或擅入的儿童。也称「转车台原则」〔turntable doctrine〕等。
