bequeath v. 动产遗赠；遗赠 一般指对动产进行遗赠。与「devise」相区别，后者一般指不动产遗赠。但如果遗嘱内容明示立遗嘱人将其不动产遗赠他人的意图，则也可以该词表示之。(→bequest)
