bill obligatory 盖印的金钱债务证书 由债务人在其上签章以保证在特定时间无条件支付特定金额的书面承诺。其与本票〔promissory note〕的区别，仅在于它需要在该书面单据上签章保证付款。它实则是汇票〔bill of exchange〕。又称为单纯金钱债务证书〔single bill；bill single〕。
