bona fides 〈拉〉善意;诚实 与恶意〔mala fides;dolus malus〕相对,相当于英文的good faith。
bona fides (boh-n[schwa] fI-deez), n. [Latin] 1. GOOD FAITH. 2. Roman law. The standard of conduct expected of a reasonable person, esp. in making contracts and similar actions; acting without fraudulent intent or malice.
