damage feasant 加害；牲畜闯入他人土地造成损害 在普通法上，指某人的牲畜(包括家禽)闯入他人土地，践踏草地、谷物等所造成的损害。该土地所有人有权将牲畜关押或扣留直至其损失得到赔偿，但不得变卖该牲畜。该词源于法文「faisant dommage」，于爱德华三世〔Edward Ⅲ〕时引入英国。1971年英国《动物法》〔Animals Act〕废止了该种补救方式。
