deed of grant

deed of grant 财产让与契据 卖方可以借契据把无体可继承遗产〔incorporeal hereditament〕转让给买方。英国在制定1845年《不动产法》〔Real Property Act〕后，有体可继承遗产〔corporeal hereditament〕也可以这种方式转让，此前有体可继承遗产则常以出租与弃权〔lease and release〕的方式转让。自1925年《财产法》〔Law of Property Act〕替代1881年《财产法》后，在契据中并非必须使用「grant」一语。其他可以表达相同意义者亦可使用，并具有相同效力，如「give」。
