draff n. (1)渣滓；废物；糟粕；垃圾 (2)尘垢折扣 从前海关官员为保证进口商不因所用衡器而受损失，乃对货物总重量作出任意之扣减，所减者指灰尘污垢数，与draft不同，但有时也混用。
