droit moral 〈法〉(作者的)精神权利 英文形式为moral right。它在欧洲大陆法系国家的着作权法中均有明确规定，源于欧洲关于「艺术完整性」〔artistic integrity〕学说，即艺术家有权阻止他人未经其许可而改变其作品。这是一种基于艺术家与社会、艺术家与其作品之间的关系而产生的非金钱性权利。一般而言，精神权利包括三种：１发表权与确定作者身份权 (包括署名权)〔right of attribution and paternity〕；２保护作品完整权〔right of integrity〕；３收回权〔right of withdrawal〕。英美法国家版权法中原未直接规定作者精神权利，现有所改变。
