Droits of Admiralty 〈英〉海军特权；海军(夺获敌国财产)权 旧时海军事务大臣〔Lord High Admiral〕根据王室特许有权扣留所有在公海上发现的弃船和无主物，以及在英国港口发现的或由未经特许的船舶捕获的敌船或敌货和一切漂浮投弃的货物。上述财物如无人对之主张权利，则由海事法院宣告为海军依法夺获的财产。现在依照王室年金〔Civil List〕的规定，任何根据海军特权获得的财产均应解缴财政部〔Exchequer〕。对海军夺获的财产依1894年《商船法》〔Merchant Shipping Act〕的规定处理，被没收的财产拍卖后其收益上缴王室。
