fee simple 非限嗣继承地产(权) 这种地产的继承不限于特定人，凡合法继承人均有权继承，包括直系的、旁系的和其他受遗赠的继承人。一旦拥有这种地产，本人享用终身——如果他有权当然可以任意处置——并将永远传给其后的继承人。在土地保有体系内它最接近于所有权。
