habitation n. (1)住所；居所 (→domicil(e)) (2)居住；占用 (3)(罗马法)居住权 指在他人财产中居住的权利。它区别于用益权：居住权人只能为其家庭或个人居住的目的使用该房屋，用益权人则可将房屋用于任何目的，如用于商业。
