Hague Academy of International Law 海牙国际法学院 国际上最高层次的国际公法、国际私法和同类学科的学术机构和研究中心。该学院于1923年由卡内基国际和平基金会〔Carnegie Foundation for International Peace〕资助在海牙成立，其宗旨是促进国际司法关系问题的研究。学院每年邀请世界各国着名国际法学者用英语或法语讲授国际法课程，课程内容包括国际公法和国际私法。学员来自世界各地。讲课以后，课程讲义均发表于学院出版的《海牙国际法学院讲演集》〔Hague Recueil des Cours〕，该讲演集已成为国际法研究的重要经典文献。自1949年以来，该学院建立「学院证书」〔Diplme de l’Academie〕制度，授予学业合格的学员以学院证书。学员已组成了海牙国际法学院学员和院友协会〔Association des auditeurs et anciens auditeurs de l’Academie, A.A.A.〕。
