Hepburn Act 〈美〉《赫伯恩法》 1906年6月25日国会通过的修正《州际商业法》〔Interstate Commerce Act〕的一项法律。该法扩大了州际商业委员会〔I.C.C.〕的管辖权，把管道纳入其管辖范围之内；禁止除僱员外的人员自由通过〔free passes except to employees〕；禁止普通承运人运送木材之外其有利益〔interest〕的任何产品；该法还要求联合关税〔joint tariffs〕和统一会计制度〔uniform system of accounts〕。
